The manufacturing process of Wuyong Tempered Glass is as follows: flat glass is heated to a temperature slightly below its softening point (650°C), followed by rapid cooling treatment using high-pressure cold air jets. This process creates strong compressive stress on the outer surface of the glass and significant tensile stress in its interior. Therefore, the impact force acting on the glass is counteracted by the compressive stress on its surface, thereby ensuring safe usage.
 
This product is highly suitable for areas with high wind loads, as well as places with frequent human contact where safety is a key consideration. Wuyong Tempered Glass is a glass product processed through a heat treatment process. Its characteristics include the formation of compressive stress on the surface layer, improved mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance, and a special fragment pattern when broken.
